Brook Silva-Braga is an Emmy-award winning journalist and filmmaker whose work has aired on HBO, National Geographic, CNBC, MTV, HDNet and elsewhere.

 

Work and curiosity have taken him to more than 50 countries on six continents. In 2005, he founded Earthchild Productions and produced three feature-length documentaries, all of which he narrated, shot and edited on tiny budgets, then licensed for broadcast, DVD and film festival release.

 

In 2011, Silva-Braga transitioned from documentary to long-form TV journalism, reporting a wide range of stories built around strong characters and in-depth interviews.
